2 bed 2 bath condo on New Smyrna Beach Come and enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo right on New Smyrna Beach. Our Salty Hippo Condo can sleep 6 adults all in beds with 2 double beds in the guest room and a queen bed in the master. The condo is on the 2nd floor so the view of the beach is fantastic. The living room has a comfy couch and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all your appliances and dishware to prepare your own home cooked meals if you would like. It also has a large breakfast bar with plenty of seating to enjoy your meals. There are 2 full bathrooms one with a tub and shower combo and the other with a stand alone shower in the Salty Hippo. It also has a Wii for the kids to enjoy some family game time. The Salty Hippo has a community outdoor pool and large kiddie pool to soak in after a long day in the sun. The private beautiful beach is just a short trip down a flight of steps and you have an all access pass to one of Florida`s best kept secrets, New Smyrna Beach. The beach is safe fdor kids as they do not allow cars on this beach at all. So sit back and relax on the beach at our lovely Salty Hippo Condo. Entire Home Dominic Pasqualini A car is needed and no parking on streets.

The place was very well kept, as described in the intro and the photos. He was very responsive. The location is pristine, close to the beach, and the people in the condominium are very friendly and inviting. I would recommend his place to anyone.

Dominic’s condo was clean and had everything you would want for a week at the beach! The condo is in a great location and has a nice pool and beach access. Looking forward to staying again in the future!
We had a lovely visit at Dominic's beach condo in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was exactly as described. The amenities were great. This is a very peaceful place to stay with family and friends. I look forward to staying here again and trying out one of his mountain cabins as well one day.
This unit was perfect for our family/friends stay. It was kid clean and friendly. We didn’t have any issues so there was no need for contact with Dominic. I would definitely recommend it!
Had a great time, the place was great. A couple things to note that we did not realize before our stay - 1) There is no washer/dryer in the condo, not sure where the paid one was. We were informed the cleaning service will only do 2 loads including bedding, after that we would be charged. 2) the bathroom upstairs is shared between the 2 bedrooms, a 2nd bathroom is downstairs. Not a big deal but worth knowing. Place was clean and kitchen had what we needed. The host is a business I believe, responses were not immediate. Would stay again!
When we arrived at our condo we found the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The bedding was stripped from the beds, dirty towels, hair throughout the unit, and an unpleasant odor. I contacted Dominic who apologized and called back stating the cleaner would be arriving within 45 minutes. The unit was unable to be used for three hours. It was frustrating to say the least. The cleaners did an a subpar job preparing the unit. I have stayed at Surfside before while the condos are older the grounds are well kept and the beach is beautiful.
What a great condo! Very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants and grocery stores all within several miles. The beach is beautiful with so many shells.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- North Georgia Vacation Spots will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — North Georgia Vacation Spots will match it.
